We do this route in reverse, walking up from Femés to the goat farms, along the ridge to Casitas de Femés, up to the ridge, and then along up to theaerial farm. On the Playa Blanca side, just down from the antennae are two cave dwellings, obviously recently used. We finish by going back down the hill to Femés. Pictures here.

We love taking our dogs out for walks around the island of Lanzarote and we haven’t done this one yet but we will, thanks! Bertie Ahern likes the restaurante Casa Emiliano in Femés so its well recommended and stunning views.

The next time I visit Lanzarote, I want to take that route with me and do the walk myself. Great bit of writing which talked me through the walk……..I wish that reading was just as good exercise! Can’t wait for the next one!
