Hi Pierre
I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the coastal walk :) As you know, temperatures here on the island have been very hot recently, so a coastal walk, with a dip in the ocean is a nice way to spend a day.
Kind regards

Hello Andrea,
I did the walk (because I delivered our hired car in Costa Teguise) and wanted to go back to our house in Charco del Palo.
It is a very nice walk, almost all time along the coast. I did not even met another walker. In Los Cocoteros I was lucky to find the only small café open(front is small market chop - back is café and terrace. Mostly only local people come there to have a drink. I did not swim in the natural pool but I know that people do. If you want a swim, you can do it in the middle of the village at the seaside in a large made pool. I think best time to do is when the tide of the seawater is high.
If you feel you have still some courage to walk further in Charco del Palo, there's a nice path following the coast to Arrieta. It takes about 1.45 Hr before you arrive at the beautiful bay there. At the end of the bay a cold refreshment is welcome of the terrace in front of the sea. Kind regards, Pierre
